Ethics training course for engineers
The IDEA CETL is holding a full-day training course designed to help engineers to respond to the ethical dilemmas in their work. The course will be held on Wednesday November 25th at the University of Leeds. Prices start from £195. Workshop On Using Case Studies To Teach Engineering Ethics – RESCHEDULED
The workshop planned for November 18th, for new and experienced teachers of engineering ethics, and hosted by the Teaching Engineering Ethics working group of the Royal Academy of Engineering in partnership with the IDEA CETL, has been postponed. A new date will be available shortly.

At a lecture held at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Richard Olver, the chairman of BAE Systems, spoke about the role of ethics in engineering, and launched a new web-based resource for engineers developed by Leeds ethicists.
